Rainbow Yoga was damaged deeply by Hurricane Maria. At this point all weekly classes are cancelled. We will reopen within the next few months.

Join us for weekly science based yoga sessions island wide. 

Our classes are worth $10 to $20 US drop in price but in an effort to enable all to attend regardless of their income we offer Pay What You Can.

We will share movements, breaths, mindfulness and healthy lifestyle tips during each class.

Within one class you will feel some benefits – in one scientific study after a one hour class cortisol levels had fallen. After a few months of regular attendance – the benefits are even more deep and we start to feel the subtle benefits.

The schedule below is not in effect – it just reflects what we were doing when the Hurricane struck.
