Multi-level open air classes that blend mindful movement; deep breathing practices; mindfulness techniques; stress management techniques and health and wellness tips.

Wear shoes that allow you to walk on uneven surfaces. Turn off your cell phone. Bring water and a mat or cloth to lie on. It can be cool bring a sweater or shawl. In the winter it is pitch dark when we finish – bring a flashlight. Bring a blanket if sitting cross legged is challenging.

Rainbow Yoga supplies mats and straps.

 Drop In: Suggested Donation $10 US/ 25 XCD

Regular Attendee: Suggested Donation $20 EC

The Primary Teacher Trudy Scott Prevost is a Master Yoga Teacher with over 20 years experience teaching yoga. She specializes in the science of yoga. She talks about some of the muscles you are using. She excels in adapting classes to suit the students but please tell her in advance if you have any injuries or medical issues.
