Yoga at the Desk June 4

  

Exercises for: Carpal Tunnel, Neck Stiffness, Achy Back, Computer Elbow, Plantar Fascitis

Techniques for: Stress Management, Tension Headaches, Improving Focus, Enhancing Focus and Concentration , Deep Breathing; Increasing Strength; Improving Flexibility

SATURDAY, June 4

3:00 to 4:00 pm – exercise class

 Available for questions after

 East Room, 2nd floor Student Building.

 Suitable for all levels of fitness.

FOCUS: Learn ways to: prevent and alleviate repetitive stress injuries; releasing tightness and tension in the body; improving focus and concentration and toning the body by taking little yoga mini breaks at the desk.

During the class we exercise on the chair; using the chair and using the desk.

To promote regular practice we provide exercise sheets  by email so you can take your practice home.
