Yoga at the Desk

CAMPUS LIFE YOGA

SPECIAL CLASS

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 25

2:00 PM to3:00 PM

During this class we practice yoga on a chair, at the desk and by the desk. Participants learn the skills to practice yoga in tiny mini breaks while studying. Studies have shown that this can help to prevent repetitive stress injury, enhance focus and concentration, alleviate stress as well as tightness and tension in the body.  To encourage independent practice we provide exercise papers to take home.
