Our healthy living newsletter has started again; but as a blog! Oh joy!

Just after starting it my internet went down. Now my internet is up and my computer has gone pouf! Until I get these things under control info will be more sporatic!

Rainbow Yoga is now providing Healthy Living Articles for Ross University Newsletter: The Physical Examiner

Healthy Lifestyles Vegan Pot Luck Dinner; December 6, 5:30 pm. Join us!

Note: it was a great success. The cacao tea was the biggest hit!

Classes finish at Ross University on December 18th.

In the new semester –

Introduction to Yoga at Ross University; Thursday January 8 at 4:00; 5:00 and 6:00. 1 hour classes introducing new and returning participants to Rainbow Yoga style yoga.

Yoga at the Desk Workshop; Saturday, January 10: 2;00 PM – 2 hour workshop – study how to release stress and tightness and tension while working at a desk. Increase your brain function and release tightness from your body. East Room, Student building.

Weekly Yoga Classes; Starting: Tuesday; January 13: 4 pm – Hatha Yoga; 5 pm – Hatha Yoga; 6 pm – Cardio Yoga. 1 hour classes; mats provided by Ross; bring a cloth to lie on and wear comfortable clothing. 6 pm class requires previous knowledge of yoga. Balcony by the Sea 

News At Rainbow Yoga Home Studio; Checkhall Massacre

Classes will be closed for Wednesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 31.

Mathew Luke’s lovely incense back in stock. Some new Rainbow Yoga T-shirts too. Organic local chocolate balls arriving soon.

Looking forward to painting and revitalizing the yoga studio over the holidays! We’ll start back in the new year with a fresh new look.
